An International student in New Zealand is eligible for a work visa of up to three years

You can:

1. Work in New Zealand for any employer.
2. Work at almost any kind of job in New Zealand.

Note:

1. You can only apply for this visa once, unless you complete a second minimum qualification at bachelor’s degree level or higher as a student in New Zealand.
2. Your spouse can apply for a work visa and your dependent children can study fee-free as domestic students.
3. International students in New Zealand studying below degree level will only be able to work for a maximum of two years after completing their course.

Language Requirements (Minimum):
As a student in New Zealand, you will need to demonstrate that your English Language skills are at par. Hence, you are required to take an English Language Test. Although most Universities have their own minimum requirements, usually the below scores are enough to get you accepted.
