Accredited colleges and Universities in Dubai are permitted to secure a visa for their international students. Students need to refer to the admission & visa requirements of their respective universities in Dubai.
That being said, it is important to note that admission into a University in Dubai does not guarantee visa approval. You need the approval of GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai) in the emirate your university in Dubai is located in.
